Tender/Bid projects to provide our clients’ best pricing. Coordinate and negotiate all vendor packages and budgets. Schedule projects and coordinate construction. Drawing review. Establish efficiencies and buying discounts. Process subcontractor invoices. Perform site visits as needed. Review actual costs. Walk-through to establish punch list. Obtain final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy. Job ending documentation. Summarize project budgets, actual costs and approved change orders.
